In 2024, during the first phase of construction, 11 rental units will be created. The craftsmen’s yards will have a maximum of 7 rental units, while the commercial units will have a maximum of 4. The rental units in the craftsmen’s yards start at around 330 m2 gross, while those in the commercial units start at around 1,200 m2 gross.
