Peper & Söhne is an investor and project developer for commercial real estate from Bremen, Germany. The family-owned company was founded in 2013 and has since realised over 36 projects with a total volume of more than 331 million euros. Peper & Söhne is known and respected far beyond the borders of Bremen for its sustainable construction methods, high-quality standards, on-time completions, and long-standing cooperation with competent partners.

Peper & Soehne ApS was founded at the end of 2022 and is the Danish subsidiary of Peper & Söhne. The Peper & Soehne ApS shares the same values as the entire corporate group and is responsible for realizing HUB 48 Maribo.
